20th century Russian Building ( TT )

Hello
Here is my new plugin : a 4x4 20th century classic-looking Russian building .
This idea was given by @rediscommunism in the TheoTown Discord . He proposed some 40-50's soviet buildings . He also provided a picture of an building , which is my inspiration for this plugin .
Here is the building :
I took around 6 hours to complete it :/
It has 171 habitants and it is in TT-level .
Plug-ins used in the thumbnail :
- Mexico highways by Mgobby
- 3x3 lanes road by Commander Abab
- S-bahn train by Mdk
- Dark parks by Kingtut 101
- "Au printemps" building by Montemarino
- Paris Pack building by Montemarino
- Commercial pack by DutchGuy

Are.you serious! That beauty only took 7 hours! I started some space exploration plugin like in November, and I haven't even got close to finish it! Well, I haven't been able to get cracking since I couldn't do anything during the holidays. So much time... wasted.

Please, make plugin of the Petersburg. With all old buildings, with street of Neva and etc.
