Viola Major Outbreak re-start

Bluemist has got a big problem. A sample of Viola Major (smallpox). Has escaped the Bluemist Lab of Biological reasearch. The mayor the one who I shall designate will take the advice of others. I will be narrator and with narrate the scenario as we go. The first person to respond (Who is going to actually do this role play) will be the designated mayor.
