Let's discuss these
1) Turn on or off some music. Sometimes, we just need only few music. Well, I like the old TT music instead the new but I prefer that TT should add this feature although yeah, "unimportant ?".
2) Body waste aka burial garden can implemented now. But, I'm prefer to be implemented as trees or zones instead an exclusive buildings.
But, you may make it as exclusive buildings.
3) Gameplay logs. Of course TT can try this for dating somethings like city development history or etc. Should be included with diamonds and moneys logs.
4) Some improvement for ads. Some ads are bad for me.

5) Bring back the old buildings choices. I feel somewhat rigid when I scroll them to right and left side. So, I can choose buildings' categories with just click the logo.

6) Level Upgrade. From easy to normal and normal to hard.

7) Decoration can be made as like as trees instead building one by one.
8) Splitting and merging the city. This is for better performance of game.

No problem if it's implemented one by one instead to be major update.

Im not gonna say something to everyone of these but:
1.the music is in theotown/music you can change it to whatever you like
5.You can get the old toolbar back in the settings:
User interface ==> use toolbar

For number one, emmm... yeah... you can add the songs or skip the song. But, I'm prefer to suggest him to make it easy to configure...

Hmm,
I don't agree with you on #2 and the other things you mentioned would be a nice additon to the game but,I am not sure how the game engine can do #8 lastly what do you mean by #4...

Maybe he/she mean +18 stuff in 4th suggestion, but i am generally seeing musically ads which is really disgusting. Lol

6) Changing your gamemode (difficulty) is already possible with commands in the console
7) Due to how textures are and how all of that stuff works this is not ever going to happen. If you've ever made plug-ins you'll know what I'm talking about.

I have no dare to talk this furthermore. But, that ad is more or same severe as 18+.
I feel so disgusted with that ad...
