Trading between countries.

Uh yeah, Hi there,
I want to trade between my countries. There's this thing on Theotown where there is a "neighbourhood commercial" where you can exchange water and electricity. Just wondering how I could exchange industrial goods in exchange for farming goods from ine country to the other. I mean, come on, I think it would be cool to utilise the freeway that connects to other countries or cities, right? You know when you huild roads and you reach the end of the map, right? And it asks you whether you want to connect the road to other cities..... I just want to see traffic disappearing and appearing again and to have the "neighbourhood commercial" function working. As if my countries are actually trading...like they actually exist. Help me! Help you!
