Hey, is that possible to do a rail above road and make rails used by trains, and roads by cars in plugin?

I mean not like this, something like in NYC or Chicago, rails above road, columns of rails are on SIDES of road.

Because it is not done! I'm still working on it to save plugin space.
If I released the new version, it'll save the space from the original by 97%!!!!
I want this to be accessible to everyone, no matter how much plugin you had.

I would love a monorail above roads ^^
