Very nice as always!
The designs would be perfect as T residentials. Would also be great if they will be official as T residentials, since there are too few T residentials in game.

This plugin is good to create a densely packed residential areas. And it also doesn't take a lot of plugin texture space.

I dunno like,are people really hitting the texture limit though ?
I didn't hit it myself and I have like 5-10 extra plugins (plugins that are in the plain game)...

There are people in this forum have about 250 plugins installed and they still have not reached the limits of plugin texture space. But we are not gonna discuss that here...

I made some editing on Kevin's original building
You can download the texture that I made.
Credits and many thanks for Kevin hung for giving me permission to edit his texture.
Just put the frames into the identified id
Such as hkrb01a is added to hkrb01 frames while
hkrb06, 07 and 08 added to hkrb02 frames.
