Possible, but I see issues that may lead to undefined behavior.
Let's say we have two buildings A and B. A has a power radius of 10 while B has a power radius of 3. They stand in a distance in which A can deliver power to B, but not vise versa. So if A gets power it can deliver it to B so B is connected to A. However, if the power source is connected to B the power cannot reach A so A is not connected to B. I'm not sure whether this really is an issue, but it'll probably lead to confusion.
