Wipemap NO RCI
Page 1 of 1
Clears out RCI and other areas; leaves parks, public buildings and roads alone. Plants trees when removed with the remove park. (It may take some amount of game days for the removal parks to stop spawning if they have not filled the entire map.)

Another note: there is a possibility your nuclear plants are going to blow up by using stop wipeRCI on a fully removed map. It requires all your water to plant the trees. 
So you may want to remove it (once the game unfreezes from making so many changes at once) while you still know where it is.

- A few minutes after.
- Created by pausing game, placing wipemap 0 near four corners in an area grid, then unpausing

It's giant. This version works on any size though.
