It's a recreation from where i live! well, a little modified
Here we have a residential house that can hold up to 6 inhabitants and it is level 2:

Yeah! , i tried to make it the most detailed possible, and the grass i think it looks to green haha, i'll maybe change it tomorrow.

I think the grass is fine, but maybe a little bright. But I think you don't need to change it.
