Winchester Technologies is one of the biggest Companies in the WSS, the HQ was changed two years ago.Now it is a researching facility. I totally underestimated the size of the building, so it's nothing compared to Kevin's buildings (or the big town hall).But still, you have always place for my Plug-ins!You don't have to go big to go big
