However I disagree about how you said size does not matter. Having an SUV taller and wider than a truck would look very jarring ingame.

Well I didn't say that size doesn't matter, I just said that it doesn't come down to one pixel more or less. If you want to make an SUV, it is about what looks like an SUV and what doesn't. Of course, things shouldn't be overly disproportional in relation to other objects, but that is certainly not the case here.
I don't want to argue with you here, but really I can't imagine anyone would care much if the SUV is one pixel taller than the cabin of a truck or not.

I actually have experiments on cars but I failed. so I started to make trucks and limousines.

A Van similar to the Ford Transit or Mercedes Sprinter. It should be spawned by commercial and maybe industrial buildings. I will make some more variants of this, but something seems off.

Taxis (German and Yellow versions). The signs on top of the taxis look kind of strange, although I tried to make them look 3D by making them cast shadows. I don't know how taxis will function in Theotown. Maybe they can be spawned by airports and train stations like in Simcity 4.

I think the German taxi needs a bit more contrast overall (in the sand-tones), but not too much.
You could also try and give the sign on the roof a somewhat different color. Maybe use the light and dark yellow tones from the yellow taxi here as well. Make a light pixel on the left and a dark pixel on the right.

I changed the color of the yellow taxi. I thought the old color was too light. I also made some small changes to both of the taxis.
