Sorry, I won't have time for such a big project.
Also, I think 3x3 or even 5x5 is far to small for a real stadium.
A neighborhood baseball field could be smaller maybe (but we already have such a plugin, if I remember correctly). A real stadium with stands for spectators etc. would be more like 8x8.
