You can try to make .json file yourself.
You know Plugin Creator app by Justanyone, they are good for beginners.

you just type the frames: bmp (picture name provided in the texture: example carruins.png) the building texture, height and width of building (must be same value), building type: industrial, building id: (just type anything in it but its better to be organized).

You can also use json Genie, take the sample_dsc.json and just replace all info in it with the new info (make sure you have a backup of sample_dsc.json). It is worth learning json to make building plugins easier to understand...

feel free to use texture, just, don't forget to credit me and LObby / theo ( they made cars texture , i just modified thoses )
