Today I saw a plug-pack with Flags of countries(obviously ._.) and I didn't see the flag of my country, and now I want to make it, but I don't know how 2 do it, if you know pls comment, thanks

There is a template in the plugin you just saw.
Download and edit the flag with your country use some pixel apps.
And write some json for it and profit
