Could you make more variants of these pencil towers?
Ideally with the same amount of inhabitants, so that there is more building variety?

I have made a variant of this pencil building (without Kevin permission ). More and more variants can be done after having permission from Kevin.
This type of building is very common in some old district in Hong Kong (known as牙籤樓) due to aggressive urban renewal policy.
And you may simply modify the code as follows:
