That would be cool, but I'm not sure if it is possible as a 2-tile road, because you only have one straight frame for each orientation. So, you cannot have the yellow line on two different sides. (please correct me if I'm wrong!)
You could, however, create two different oneway-roads, one with the yellow line on the right and one with the yellow line on the left, so that, when placed in the correct directions next to each other, they would form the 2-tile road you are looking for.

Just need one, the other two are to support the change bridge types button. The x and y in the previous example should not be there since you provide a bit map image.
