Hi there, I made
@mdk_813's grass a ground plugin type. And why the title is so strange because it's his decal, but presented by me
.
FIRST READ THIS!
You need to download the decals category plugin first otherwise this plugin won't work!. It can be found here:

DESCRIPTION
With this plugin, made by mdk_813, you can zone it very quickly instead of placing them piece by piece, and you can place everything on it (as shown above). This will have some great advantages if you want to detail a city. The decal is placed into the decal category. Have fun & be creative!

Probably because you didnt download this first:
You need to download the decals category plugin first otherwise this plugin won't work!. It can be found here: viewtopic.php?f=73&t=4593&p=58906#p5890
Also don't call it a scam if you don't even read the post which you probably didn't.

I did and it came up with a error saying that it is already being used and I haven't even downloaded it

I did read the post and downloaded the categories plugin and it did not work
