Small Map Islands Challenge.

Ok let me explain what made me do this.
So I was screwing around with seed generation.
Mainly seeing if certain slots in the seed number changed features of the map.
I accidentally clicked small and saw this map, and that gave me the idea of this challenge.
Grass Placed: 14
Final Population: 705
Final Overall Happiness: 62%
I cannot get the population any higher without ruining the challenge.
So I leave this challenge to you all. Try to find a small sized map consisting of mostly islands, and try to place under 15 grass to get a population of 700 or higher with over 60% overall happiness.
