The road will cost less than a country road and will be slower for cars.

Meh nobody would use it if its slower than country roads, tbh there isnt really a need since people will just use the fastest road type

Well paople use dirt roads and they are also slower, It can be a useful road in the beginning and for suburbs for example

Yes but for decor, there wouldnt be much difference graphics wise between these roads, It needs something that would make people want to use it and the country road rather than just one of them

But there is a difference between dirt road and city road. Lets leave it to Lobby.

I know there is a difference, but peopel use it for decor (farms, trails, ect)

City road and country road wouldnt look very different and country roads would be faster

It just needs to be balanced so that people will want to use both roads, not just the faster one

It makes 0 difference how much it costs, they are dirt cheap anyway

Needs a good bit of tweaking

But then nobody would use the regular one way lol

@former member

What?

But former member is right that it can be usefull for non-sanbox players and I think dirt roads is more for poor cities, it is just to give your city a better look

Then people would just use that

No real point in new roads in theotown unless they actually serve a unique purpose

And a few hundred less theons is not a big deal at all, people would just rather get the fast road, its not as if they are a fortune

I rarely ever use sandbox

The second I unlock country roads every single dirt road is replaced

You just use dirt roads until you get a thousand inhabitants

*facepalm"

I really dont get your problem, nobody uses dirt roads for more than a couple thousand of inhabitants and the price isnt a fortune

Whats the point in adding a road that will just be used temp at the start and then replaced by the better version

Now: Dirt road -> Country road

With this Dirt road -> City Road -> Country road

Same with oneway

Now: Just one-way

With this One-way -> fast one way

All it would do is make you replace your roads more or just stick with slow roads :|

I think it's more fun with more roads types. And of course, you want to upgrade them when you can.

Haha really funny

You know what I mean, its tedious replacing all your roads with a small village, never mind a city

Dirt roads look awful in cities and is why most people use country roads, adding city roads would just be pointless as very few people would use it

Yes I use easy because Hard doesnt make the game hard it makes you wait longer to do anything
