Add some color to your forests with my flower plug-in! There are four colors at the moment (I might add more if requested) and they will spawn naturally in your cities if you enable trees.

Why do you need a line tool? It can be zoned.

Yes, but if you want something like that just download former member's version. I don't think they are included in world gen and they look almost exactly the same.
