Boring why would someone use Hacks/mods in such a great game. Just play easiest mode if its to hard for you.

I do not understand what you mean with hack .... I do not use any of it, playing the game as it is boring and I find the easy way, so this is my third city in hard mode and large size.

You used hacks,it says right under the photo "TheoTown Hack Tools & Cheats Mod"
But why didn't you use sandbox mode? You have infinite money there too.

Sorry but this map is hard Hughes size mode, sandbox mode not ... I repeat mode hard Huges map. SANDBOX MODE NO.
