I saw former member and Ricko with the Rank Theotown veteran and I was wondering what are the requirements for it? Ive been playing the game since around the time the Marinas were released, is that enough?

I played Theo town at 221, but upgraded to beta testing immediently so i first played at 269.
I basically need to wait for years befire i can join here.
