So, basically, when i connect my city with anither city by road, there'd be more garbage around, or less garbage influence?

I mean, there is an influx and load of everything that is better not to be heavily loaded, for example, a stronger load of traffic, an influx of garbage (In the sense that if you have waste disposal buildings, for example a landfill, there will be more garbage there)
