Weird, some vehicles choose the road beside the wind turbines than the overpasses But at least I think those overpasses prevents orange-to-red traffic. Maybe.. The entire map! The entire map's traffic view. Look, little to no yellows.

Its because giving a school spams the same TT houses all over again, because there are few 1x1 TT houses.
And it is not planned to increase zone sizes either. Its because I wanted to make that a tiny, regular village.
