Can I download Theo Town in any Android Device?

My new android tablet or android phone is coming, and I'm getting worried if I can download Theo Town in it, because of limitations. Can I download Theo Town in any android device, or not?
I hate emulators, just for info. Last time a sh*tty emulator bricked my phone.

Unless it's version is under honeycomb or gingerbread
Nobody uses honeycomb anymore (some people have a honeycomb phone but they definitely don't use it)
