A way to remove advice popups?

Every time something goes slightly wrong in-game, such as a little building in the corner not having acesss to water/energy/roads/etc, or when summoning a disaster, I get greeted by those annoying advice popups shoved into my face telling you about it. Personally, I find it annoying to see these popups, especially seeing that there's already those icons that hover above buildings whenever an issue arises.

I suggest that there be an option to disable these popups in the settings. I think that it'd be a useful feature that you can implement, being helpful to me and others.

random edit: forgot to say that i'd appreciate it if there was a way to get rid of the bus depot upgrade button, too. It's way too big and in your face.
