Hello, I have been experiencing a bug.
Everytime, but EVERY time i use a skyscrapper or an addon building in general, nobody goes to live in that building.
I tried everthing, checked the settings, seen tutorials and nothing, if u can help me, thank you.

It could be that there is no demand for such a building yet.
For example: a level TTT residential building's residents will need high income commercial and or industrial jobs to go to. Also services, parks, hospitals, high schools, etc will need to be provided.
