Did not get any achievement

So basically, you can't get achievements with sandbox mode or free mode. So the only way is easy, middle, or hard. Just a normal day building a city and I interested to have a new achievements because only a bit more to get 100%. But now I can't get any achievements again, and that still like that until these days. So what going on?

OP plugins disable achievements.
