Recent update (1.11.28a) causes the game to crash upon opening transportation category in menu

My game keeps having major issues everytime I open the transportation category in build menu.

The report contains:
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: length=12; index=12

Restarting the game fixes nothing but cause corruption.
I had to delete one of my regions due to corruption.
I tried delete recently downloaded plug-ins, which fixed nothing aswell.

Edit: I'm using an android device.
