and how exactly to do it? I just didn't understand how to attach a photo. and also, should it be done from a computer or can it be done from a phone as well?

Click on the full editor & preview button, click on 'spoiler' in the menu. Inside the bracket, you type this [poiler=(the label you want to give after the show/hide)] between the " ] [ " You type what you want to hide under the label.
Just don't make changes to the brackets and I typed poiler so that it does not make a show/hide type message.
