Hello! To facilitate the distinction between states owned by a player and NPC states I created this list.

Black = on the map
Light Blue = Joint Ownership/Multiple Owners
Red = not on map
Blue = on map with another name
Orange = Inactive
Green = NPC (No owner/protected)
Purple = Honorably Retired

Sure! Can you tell me more or less which country it corresponds to please?

the country will have some parts of eastern and south Ukraine some land in Romania and Crimea as it's part of the former kingdom if someone else claimed any of that part of the land then just remove it from the claim

Unfortunately then I can not put it in the list yet because Airstan is located on the lands of three countries of which one is still active (if we want to consider Crimea as part of surrev).
Because I am not a RP moderator Unfortunately, we should ask for @RayXP's approval
(In case of disapproval though, you can still claim Moldova with no problems)
