Sandbox Requirement Tiles v1.0 (NEW)

Hi guys! Today I will be presenting an plugin I had in mind. These are sandtiles (portmanteau for sandbox tiles). They fill all of your sandbox requirements all over the map (therefore serves as an alternative to Kamikazi's plugin). Here is the file:

It is
You have basically just retextured it.
Maybe it might be your unique code (have not checked)
But the actual plugin isn't unique and no offense but Kamikazi's looks so much better

Well, The Idea is just copied from mine.
The code is completely different from mine, with the numbers tweaked. There is absolutely no deterrent to stop people from building on non-sanbox cities like mine.
