Adds a news ticker to the screen that displays random (and sometimes funny) headlines, similar to the news ticker from SimCity 3000.
Note: It's missing a few features and optimizations, but I will probably add them in the future. For example, the news ticker's speed is still tied to the framerate. Regardless, it should work okay for now.
There's also an add-on available that includes some headlines from SimCity. Just click the link and scroll down until you see it.

Make a weather broadcast add-on.

The weather changes too fast in this game for that to be useful or worthwhile, unfortunately.
