I found some houses for SF suburbs they look good here a pic
also they better come with overly high rent OK plz to get that extra SF along with many drug users and hippies please for that extra SF feel

Well, ladies and gents,
I would like to say that maybe we can have a new buildings pack. I was recently introduced to a game, somewhat old fashioned, named Openttd. I have found a plugin ( a newGRF, as it is, in openttd)/ that has amazing graphics which I liked very much. That was the Total Town Replacement Set . I wish that if any of the seniors who are well acquainted with this would perhaps try to attempt to recreate those.
P S:I did not post any pics owing to the confusion I have whether it is illegal to post something related to Openttd .
( I have seen that cesareborgia94 particularly disliked previous post related to this game ).

My suggestion would be:
Chocolate Factory or Winery of some sort...
Chocolate factory would be level 1 as it employed low skilled laborers to produce chocolate.
Winery could be 1x1 or 2x2 TT industrial building.
