Are you able to create your on buildings on a mobile device? If so, what apps are needed?

I think a good painting app which based on Pixel Arts should be a way...

For bigger buildings it's better to use PaintCAD.

I'm using MediBang Paint, which also contain Pixel brush. I recommend it, but you'll have to have a skill in arts

Novix is easy to use and has less intrusive ad placement than Pixly.
