So I'm gonna share this weird trick so hopefully you can understand it and also I'm bad at explaining things...

First use dirt roads and use Farms (as long as you want but keep it 4x?? Or ??x4), once the farm house appeared, remove the zone of the farm house and the farms that is in a line of the farm house.
