Isn't there something wrong in your calculation, I mean when a pixel is 0.66 meters, why shouldn't you do 157 × 0.66

Are you sure that I know the actual scale? 
However, in isometric projection scale depends also on the direction in which you measure. E.g. you cannot apply your rule for the length of roads.
