today I have a building, that is inspired by a tower in the Dominican Republic which was recently suggested by @former member . As my building is not an exact replica of this real-life counterpart, I decided to give it a different name that celebrates our favorite game and its creator(s).
The building comes in four variations, three TT-residentials and one TT-commercial office building, each on 3x3-lots, which differ in height and appearance.
I used a tree by Lobby & Theo in two of the variants.
Please note:
I have made slight changes to the roofs of the red and yellow buildings by now, which are not reflected in the preview image (sorry, I was to lazy to update the image).

UPDATE:
I adjusted the shadows a bit, so that the building has some more shape. Please replace your existing folder with the new one provided here!
Please also note, that I did not the upate the preview image below.
UPDATE 2:
I've added a second version of the plugin with ingame trees instead of palmtrees. Both plugins are interchangeable, so no need to bulldoze existing houses in your city, but you cannot use both versions at the same time. So, if you want to turn your city into a palm-free zone than download the second version and replace your existing folder
