So after the abandonment, 200 years after, the Bageno town was reinhabited under the Numbeds. It was called Bagan Numed, now the capital where I reside.

The other tribes like Baigas, Gonds, Anjarles and Devis attacked other areas in Central India. The Mughals tried to attack the tribes.

But the tribes stood up together and defended them when they thought of unification. The Numedu and Gonds were the first two. In 1567 this unification happened. The tribes of Baigas joined the alliance in 1634. Finally the anjarles and Devis joined the alliance due to pressure from the Marathas in 1754 & 1789 respectively.

More smaller tribes joined the alliance but since it was under the Peshwa like in the Marathas, the alliance turned into a Confederacy. They created a flag for the Confederacy.
