What is it The Kiel Ecotower will be a modern skyscraper designed to host many self-sufficient vertical farms. In fact, the water will be supplied in part by desalination plants that collect sea water. The light will be supplied by the sun through to the windows and carbon dioxide instead is pumped by fans scattered around the city. On the other hand, the oxygen will be expelled directly from the vents on the roof. Furthermore, the skyscraper will be home to bees and many other pollinating insects.
