Geringer Apartments

Hello!

Today, I present Geringer Apartments. It stretches for 6 or 7 blocks. It features 20 buildings containing 164 units and has the ability to house 2,300 people (500 - 900 in real life). It has a walkway, a park, town hall, sports and nature. There is parking on the streets. Residents could get to their building by walking along the tree lined walkway. Each building contains 8 units (except one that contains 12). This is an affordable housing (public housing) project. It is mostly level T because of 1950s fourplexes being attached and income is limited to 2,000 T to 4,000 T (30,000$ - 60,000$). With two town halls, it can be considered a real "city".
