First, duplicate the rewritable building file. Then open the json file inside the duplicated building file. For example, if you want to automatically place a commercial facility in a residential area, open the rewritable commercial facility json file and finally write the code that specifies the zone to build in the residential area. That should automatically build a commercial facility in the residential area. This can be applied.
This method does not apply to files downloaded from the game's plugin store as they are not writable.
