Use a draw ground command for the grass instead of the ugly lima green bean colour

Ok but im not making plugins because of how theotown distorts the colors so bad its ugly

Do you mean weather effects? You can disable them if it's that bad. But in general every display displays colors differently so it's difficult to find a general solution.

Regarding your building I'm confident that less saturated colors and shadow would greatly improve it.
