That's a really nice name to change it! Fort into city, it's like the name of it is being modernized because of adding City to the name.

Its actually a city since then but it's fort in the name is no longer deserving after a lot of huge buildings in the city
there are still historic relics in the city and the great farm of the spanish era was still there conserved
