And some suburbs for the rich and famous:

"Honey, you gotta see this! Someone parked an airplane in front of our house...!"

No, just kidding.
This is a really nice suburb. I like the variety of it.

By the way:
What's that small church at the left of your screenshot? It looks quite good.

Yes, that is dense ;)
But, have you tried separating the rows with a line of trees,, similar to former member's suburb? You could make blocks of 3x5 etc. instead of 2x5 to make space for "backyards" for example. You should keep the grouping of house-types, though, because it looks like cohesive housing developments made by different real-estate companies.
I like that.

He's talking about the chapel on the left. The graphics are in game, but need a plugin to be used.

That's better, and when you come closer to the center, there should be no backyards

Yes, that's the one I meant.
And I found it now. Nice, thanks!

Yeah, I always do that with 2×2 houses, it makes them look nicer. I also edited the back yards and placed down striped grass in them, but I did that after I posted the picture.

Well, they're planted to make it look nicer, not like they grew naturally or anything.

I do more spacious ones for TT and TTT neighborhoods, since all the 2×2 T houses are apartments, so whenever I make neighborhoods with T houses they end up small.

Where'd you get those fences? I'd like to use them.
