No, just kidding.
This is a really nice suburb. I like the variety of it.

By the way:
What's that small church at the left of your screenshot? It looks quite good.

Yes, that is dense ;)
But, have you tried separating the rows with a line of trees,, similar to danek's suburb? You could make blocks of 3x5 etc. instead of 2x5 to make space for "backyards" for example. You should keep the grouping of house-types, though, because it looks like cohesive housing developments made by different real-estate companies.
I like that.

The one next to the hospital plug-in?
That's in the game

He's talking about the chapel on the left. The graphics are in game, but need a plugin to be used.

That's better, and when you come closer to the center, there should be no backyards

Yes, that's the one I meant.

Here's a new suburb in my city. Took long time to make
At the south east you can see a small park, and at the north-east they started building an extension to the suburb.
Royal_Coast_Central_18-01-07_18.34.19.png
I will extend the suburb probably, but the construction site is going to stay, it's an element of decoration. Also I'll add a s-bahn station for the suburb.
