You might ask how it looks in-game.
So here it is.
Its small compared to a truck but huge compared to a Theo.
I tried to do noise, I would like to hear feedback.
It took me 4 hours to make this rather small
plug-in.

The first one yes, the latter idk what you mean with 'winter disaster'.
However I will be updating the mod in >2Weeks so stay patient.

He probably means "blizzard". It's a new disaster that spawns "permanent snow", replacing anything that was on that tile. The snow melts very slowly.

Also I am not familiar with scripting in TheoTown so I won't be able to do something like that.
