YOU GUYS ARE SO... WRONG
i know a gastronomy that taste better than all your gastronomies :
Image
usually, steak tartare is considered as desgusting by foreign peoples but with raw eggs and some spices, it taste excellent
Image
foie gras is a typical french recipe, it is consummed mainly the 31 december, you can consumme it raw or roasted
Image
frogs legs are considered as a disgusting recipe too... but it is probably the most delicious french speciality, especially roasted
Image
and what is a french dish without a "flute de champagne", some peoples say it taste delicious, i dont know, i dont want to drink alcohol before my 18 years old :D

I like the frogs legs. Do you know what they do to the animals to make foie de gras? Disgusting. Raw meat is raw meat. Raw eggs are raw eggs. Tapeworms and salmonella. Yuck.

C'mon in Italy food is just the next level
Pizza, spaghetti...
No seriously, every region has his own speciality.
I know really good Liguria and i can tell you nothing is like the Genoa focaccia or pesto.
Also, i love agnolotti and kinds of pasta (tajarin, plin agnolotti for example) from Piedmont, where i live, has a great variety and quality speaking of meat. For example, rabbit, fagiano(It) or boar , and all kinds of ragù.
Pesto

Focaccia

Plin agnolotti

Tajarin

Don't get mad frenchies but my personal opinion is Italian food is much better than French cuisine, although Italian foods are less healthy tho, too much carbohydrates...
