I don't know you opinion but some countries may try to protect some peoples, i don't think this sense of permission may be allowed.

Yeah, having an agency like that is kinda shady in someways, so nations have the right to refuse in order to protect their sovereignity.

but what if the sovereignity of theses states may hide a threat to world peace?
my opinion is still the same, a UN agent may be able to be sent to foreign countries even if they don't nessecary agree.

We respect the opinion of the emperor but if the secret service would have the right to enter nations without their consent or knowledge then we think that we cannot support the proposition.

when Naszepolis didn't allowed UN agents to enter their territory, it resulted in a terrorist attack on our citizens because of a naszepolian terrorist protected by his government, is that what you want for your childrens? countries that protect terrorists? countries that protect criminals? well, i am young, i am only 22 years old, but i don't want a world where my family, my citizens or my government will be the main target of many terrorists supported by countries. That is my opinion. but in fact, i will do a step forward... i officially allow the UN agents to step on my lands without my nessecary autorisation.
I think the UN assembly should do a meeting about that.

We suggest turning thus into a treaty where only signatory nations that agree to its founding can this all entry option apply. As said we are afraid that this might be a step into a world government which can diminish the idea of a nation state. The worst possibble scenario is Arizelon along with Svostine leaving the UN but for now it would be a far fetched scenario.

As we've said before and we'll say it again. Sending an agent to foreign countries without consent is a violation of a country's sovereignty.

It would be better if the treaty was under the UN since the UN has jurisdiction compared to other international organizations. Rhinestone would as well leave the UN if this were to happen.

If this were to happen to other states then the UN has nothing to lose since it's the country's decision to not allow the agents to enter the country. It would only be a problem if the terrorist would leave the country and enter a sovereign country since it has jurisdiction over the person.

it was agreed that the atlantean empire will send 4 carriers groups to United Nations, this will allow more care packages and a more efficient humanitarian and peace keeping system. we also admirate their choice about making their 6th carrier group a museum but i believe giving a whole carrier group to Samarians islands is too much , even if they got same pacifics goals as we are, they are still a country that have his own interests.

Leaving UN wont be a nessecity anymore since the law that violated states sovereignity has been canceled by UAGF galactic assembly veto. .
