Golf Course/MPS expansion mdk_813 [Edit]

Hi there,
today I've got another BIG ONE for you which is an expansion to the Modular Park Set:
A modular Golf course.
The Golf course is divided into three separate plugins:
1) Golf Course pt.1
This Set is the basic golf course set. If you want to build a golf course, you'll need this.
It includes:
- two 2x2 bunker (rotation aware)
- two 2x2 greens (rotation aware)
- a 2x2 green with players (rotation aware)
- a 1x1 bunker
- a 1x1 green
- a golf tee (rotation aware, with players on every second lot)
- two 1x1 fairway pieces (MPS-grass) with players
- a 1x1 golfcart on fairway (rotation aware, but only with two different views - yeah I know...)
2) MPS-Grass expansion
This set allows you to make water traps for the golf course by using the ingame water. BUT, this set can also be used completely separate from a golf course. So this is truly an expansion to the Modular Park Set.
It includes:
- 1x1 diagonal grass (rotation aware, draw ground)
- 1x1 inner corner grass (rotation aware, draw ground)
- 1x1 outer corner grass (rotation aware, draw ground)
- 2x2 grass square (draw ground)
- 1x1 grass square (draw ground)
- 1x1 Shore straights (rotation aware, draw ground)
- 1x1 Shore corners (rotation aware, draw ground)
- 1x1 Shore edges (rotation aware, draw ground)
All pieces (including those from the other golf sets use "draw ground" to prevent the game from drawing the brown seawalls when you place the pieces (even it if it is just the corner) next to shorelines.
3) Golf Clubhouse
This set only includes a Clubhouse on a 5x5 lot.
[EDIT: I am sorry, I forgot to mention that this lot contains trees from Lobby & Theo. I adjusted this in the json as well.]
